On February 16th a spoke in a school staff leadership track. This school is planning on doing their overseas field assignment in Africa, so I had the opportunity to share some of our stories of working in Africa. At the end of the lecture, I had the students break into small groups to discuss the implications of the teaching for their outreach to Africa.
