In early October Judi and I traveled to Norway to teach in a University of the Nations school as well as to share in a retreat for former UofN students from that location. We always enjoy the warm welcome we receive in Norway when we come to teach.
In late August I had the opportunity to teach a one week seminar in a UofN course in a Korean school in Honolulu, Hawaii. I appreciated the great translator I had for that course.
In mid August while in San Jose, California Judi and I celebrated our 48th wedding anniversary. We had dinner at our favorite Italian restaurant, Georgio’s.
During the last two weeks of July Judi and I participated in a summer of service in Paris, France with about 85 other participants. Several teams reached out into Paris in various places of need, including a team feeding the homeless. We shared on the streets with many visitors as well as local residents.
