Completion of the All Nations All Generations DTS in Kona, Hawaii

The first week of September all three outreach teams returned to Kona to finish the school with a week of debriefing before their graduation. We heard many encouraging reports of all each student was involved in during their two months overseas. We completed the week with a graduation luncheon on Friday.

Visiting our ANAG DTS team in southern France

On July 31 Judi and I traveled down by train to visit one of our school outreach teams in southern France. They were staying in a 400 year old chateau, where they were helping the local University of the Nations center establish their ministry.

July 18-31: serving with our ANAG DTS students in Paris

Our students joined with another 50 plus people in Paris for two weeks to serve the needy of this city. Among other activities, a portion of our students were involved in a homeless shelter preparing meals for the homeless. Sending out ANAG DTS students on overseas outreaches

At the end of June we sent our All Nations All Generations students on two and a half month outreaches to put into practice what they had learned in their three month lecture phase in Kona, Hawaii. The majority of the students went to Europe.

Our daughter-in-law Kim’s graduation from her medical residency

Judi and I were able to attend the graduation of Kim (our son Daniel’s wife) from her medical residency. The medical professors spoke very highly of Kim and her commitment to her medical work as an OBGyn doctor.

On Mothers Day I had the opportunity to preach at Mokuaikaua Church in downtown Kona. It’s the oldest Christian church in the state of Hawaii, founded in 1820.
