The first week of September all three outreach teams returned to Kona to finish the school with a week of debriefing before their graduation. We heard many encouraging reports of all each student was involved in during their two months overseas. We completed the week with a graduation luncheon on Friday.
On my way back from Costa Rica I was able to stop through California to attend my niece’s wedding. It was a beautiful event where I connected with many of my family members.

On July 31 Judi and I traveled down by train to visit one of our school outreach teams in southern France. They were staying in a 400 year old chateau, where they were helping the local University of the Nations center establish their ministry.
Our students joined with another 50 plus people in Paris for two weeks to serve the needy of this city. Among other activities, a portion of our students were involved in a homeless shelter preparing meals for the homeless. At the end of June we sent our All Nations All Generations students on two and a half month outreaches to put into practice what they had learned in their three month lecture phase in Kona, Hawaii. The majority of the students went to Europe.
Judi and I were able to attend the graduation of Kim (our son Daniel’s wife) from her medical residency. The medical professors spoke very highly of Kim and her commitment to her medical work as an OBGyn doctor.
At the end of May I had the opportunity to teach a week seminar in the All Nations All Generations DTS.
